Tell us about yourself!
I am a Math & CS student interested in design, human and computer interaction and photography. I enjoy hiking, cooking, traveling and reading photography and design books.
What is your favorite TED talk and why?

My favorite TED talk is How I Hacked Online Dating by Amy Webb. This video allows me to look at everyday life differently, and grow into believe that scientific studies can be applied to real life and improve people’ life.

What enticed you to choose your major(s) and/or minor(s)?
I choose my major Math & CS and minor Photography because I believe an invention or breakthrough in CS can improve people’ life. At the same time, I love art and expressing emotions through photographs.
What is your interpretation of this years TEDxUCSD theme, Madness and Miracles?
Miracles often requires strong foundation and preparation, while at the same time, a spark of madness that is outside the ordinary.
Who/What inspires you?
So many things! Nature, people around me, music, and art!
If you could have a super power what would it be and why?
I would have the power of seeing spirits and ghosts. Because with this power, I will be able to talk to and learn from the great sages long before me.
What's one thing you can't live without?
My glasses 🙂
What is one life goal that you have?
Have my own photography book and exhibition.
